We’ll begin with a warm, thorough assessment to understand your body, mind, emotions and energy. You’ll receive personalised insights, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset recommendations, and a clear roadmap to help you feel balanced, empowered and supported from the very first session.

Regular 1:1 Consults & Sound healing

In our sessions, we gently explore the deeper root causes of your challenges — not just through talk, but by working with both your body and mind. Together, we’ll shift old patterns, release stored tension, and create space for new ways of thinking, feeling, and being. This integrated approach supports lasting physical, mental, and emotional transformation — so you can feel like yourself again, clear, calm, and free to live the life you want.

6 Sessions Bundle $1500 (value $1700-save $200)

This pack can be accessed after your Initial Assessment to ensure the approach we take works for us. This will give you access to 2X 90 min consults, and 4 X 50 min consults to get the physical, mental and emotional support you need and ensure lasting results.
