B.Me® Somatic Dance is a powerful, body-based movement practice for anyone ready to reset, reconnect, and feel more at home in their body. In our fast-paced, mind-driven world, many of us feel disconnected — from ourselves, from others, and from what truly brings us alive.
These classes offer a nurturing space for expression, reconnection, and play. Through embodied practices, conscious movement, breath, rhythm, and sound, you’ll return to a sense of flow and freedom — guided by your body’s inner wisdom.
Meet us Sunday 9 am 21st of june @ Mount Coolum beach No 96 weather allowing. There is plenty of free parking on site. Bring comfy clothes, water, snacks and anything you require for a fun beach day.

What is B.ME® Somatic Dance?
B.ME Somatic Dance is a transformative movement experience that blends Somatic Psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, Embodiment practices, Movement and Dance Therapy. The “B” stands for Body, the “M” for Mind, and the “E” for Emotion and Energy — supporting the full spectrum of your being.
This practice invites you to come home to yourself through conscious, safe, and embodied movement. Each class offers a sacred space to meet yourself in the present moment — to listen, feel, express, and move what’s alive within. Held in a nurturing, non-judgemental environment and supported by nature, you’ll explore your inner world while also building genuine, nourishing connections with others.
Over time, B.ME Somatic Dance helps to gently rewire old patterns, release stored tension, unexpressed emotions, and limiting beliefs. You’ll begin to rebuild a trusting, empowering relationship with your body — one that fosters joy, vitality, and a deeper sense of aliveness. This practice strengthens body awareness, awakens intuitive knowing, and supports you in stepping into a more authentic, courageous way of living.
Through this journey, you’ll learn to belong fully to yourself — not just in thought, but in felt experience. And from that place of inner belonging, connection with others becomes effortless and true — not something you perform, but something you embody.

What to Expect in a B.ME® Somatic Dance Class
Each session weaves together freeform movement, mindful somatic techniques, breath, rhythm and sound to guide you into deeper awareness. You don’t need any dance experience — just a willingness to explore and be present with what’s alive in you.
Together, we move through a guided arc that may include:
- Grounding and nervous system regulation
- Explorative movement and intuitive dance
- Emotional expression through the body
- Embodiment practices to connect to your felt sense
- Breathwork and rhythm to support flow and release
- Stillness, integration, and deep rest
- Boundaries and expansiveness
Classes are fully facilitated, trauma-informed and body-respecting, allowing each person to move at their own pace in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.

Meet your facilator- Anca Vereen
Hi, I’m Anca Vereen, a trauma informed registered Somatic Psychotherapist, Sound Therapist, Integrative Dietitian, Breathwork Facilitator, and Fascia Fitness Trainer. My work weaves body, mind, energy, and sound to guide people back into deep connection with themselves, others, and the planet.
These dance sessions are a joyful expression of that mission — a place for healing, transformation, connection and embodied empowerment.
