I am a Somatic and Sound therapist and Integrative Dietitian I have weaved decades of study and practice across:

Why this work
I’ve witnessed how disconnection from the body, others and nature leads to stress, illness, burnout, emotional chaos and loss of purpose.
Most people are stuck in survival mode, chasing symptoms, applying short-term fixes — but never truly feeling free.
Healing doesn’t come from chasing balance — it comes from living in connection. When you build a partnership with your body and trust its intelligence, you stop outsourcing your power and start leading yourself. This is what I guide you to do.

The B.ME® Lifestyle is a practical and powerful response to the disconnected way many of us are living, and the fatigue, illness and dissatisfaction that follows.
B.ME® stands for Body, Mind, Emotions, Energy and Environment. It teaches you how to work with your entire system so you can reconnect with your soul, reclaim your power and live as your real, authentic SELF (Soul Experiencing Life Fully and Freely).

That’s why B.ME® focuses on building a partnership with your body, so you can tune into the guidance of your one true expert: YOU. Because generalised advice won’t ever match what your body truly needs to thrive.
This is not a quick fix. Rebuilding a safe and trusting partnership with your body and becoming your own health and wellbeing expert takes time. It’s a journey of refining your intuition and discernment, deepening your self-awareness and showing up with commitment, compassion and flexibility.
