Understand the autonomic nervous system in a way that is embodied and practical. Learn how your survival responses are activated and how they shape your energy, emotions, digestion, sleep, hormones and relationships.

Create your own nervous system map. Identify how dysregulation shows up for you in thoughts, feelings, posture, breath and behaviour. Recognise your survival responses and the moments you disconnect, go numb or become overwhelmed.
